Great size and it's very sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the size of this knife particularly for cutting smaller vegetables instead of the too large chef's knife. I even use it for garlic. After each use I am using a regular steel honing rod which is working well.

Most Excellent Knife

This item was a gift and the beauty of the white cumulus handle is lovely and so welcome compared to all the black handles. The blade is of course amazingly sharp and makes chopping and slicing effortless. I love this new knife!
