[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent knife just add to my small collection, I'm amazed by the quality of this blade. I will recommend this knife to anyone, I'm just in love with this piece, the height of the blade and the weight of the actual knife makes it so perfect.
I love the design on the blade and the handle.
And the most important part, the sharpness just blow my mind, is just amazing.

Beyond Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the 8" carbon chef for a couple of years now. Kept it in its box for a year but that kept it out of sight, so it rarely got used. Then I started keeping it out and use it all the time. So I wanted the 6" to go with it. No carbon left, so have to go with the damascus. Not tragic.
It came last week and is way beyond expectations. I had no idea that the steel was so much thinner than the carbon. The handle is nicely weighted but the blade is light. Perfect for a 6 inch chef, like a big utility knife. I love the weight, and it feels almost like a paring knife control-wise.
Beautiful too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This amazing knife is the perfect addition to my kitchen. It arrived sharp. I normally have to sharpen new knives. It’s small 6 inch blade is perfect for chopping. I use it everyday.

Best "retail" knife on the market

My "OCD" about the blade next to hilt or butt of blade; the Damascus markings are scuffed up and its a quality control issue that I believe. With that said I will be testing it daily on chopping and push cuts to it's 10" brother.
