I love this graphite line for the color of the handle. Looks modern and clean and has a good serrated blade for all those uncut loaves of bread. The nice, curved handle makes for a good grip and comfort. Slices right through any of those hard outer crusts with soft insides, without much effort.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Graphite 8' bread knife is not only a fine looking addition to the kitchen, but it is the most useful knife in my collection. Works great on the crustiest, as well as the softest loaves of bread. I also love using it to cut through melon, especially large watermelons, pineapple, tomato, onions, and slicing through hard squash.
I am an avid baker, and use this to torte cakes, as well as slice soft cakes like sponge and angel food, without crushing.
The handle offers a comfortable grip, and cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher, as well as the sink. No rusting or spotting.

This is a perfect addition to your International block set if you're looking for a bread knife, will also be great for cutting vegetables. Beautiful sleek and modern design knife, has comfortable D-shaped handle.

I like the graphite look and feel of this knife. The serrated blade is perfect for slicing whole crusty loaves of bread as well as thick skinned vegetables. I use it for butternut squash and eggplant. The blade is sharp, durable and well balanced.The contour handle is comfortable to hold.

Nice serrated knife

The contrasting color from the blade to the handle is quite nice. The handle is hollow, which allows it to be lightweight and comfortable. No slipping here. The blade is sharp and great for a crusty bread or tough skins on tomatoes.

I serve fresh bread each evening at dinner and want a bread knife that slices the bread in a clean slice, not torn. The serration on this bread knife is nice and does exactly that, nice clean slice each time.

Perfect for getting through any bread but also has many other uses. This "bread" knife can be used to cut anything with a hard exterior and soft interior, think melons, eggplants or even cucumbers. It is made from high quality stainless steel, the knife won't rust or tarnish. It is also safe in the dishwasher.

Modern looking knife with contoured metal handle. Serrated edge makes an easy task of cutting crusty loafs of bread. German stainless steel forged bolster with good weight and balance. Easily cleans up in the dishwasher.
