Received this set as a gift, great starter set! Both knives perform well, construction is good, retains edge nicely. Compared to my more expensive knives this is a good bargain.

Great everyday knives

Excellent knives at a really great price. I have this set, as well as a 3-piece western set, plus a few more single knives I chose to round out the full set. They’re really nice knives for basic, home-chef everyday use. I do find they dry a bit spotty, but I don’t really care about that - I’m sure if I dried them more thoroughly they’d look nicer after a wash. Aside from that, they’re great!

This 2-piece set is amazing! It has everything you need! The sizes are ideal for cutting anything in the kitchen and the sharpness of the Henckels blades never disappoint! AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the weight and practicality of these knives. At first the knives did not work well so I had to contact customer service. They were very professional and sent a new set of knives in a timely manner. The new set works great.
