First time using "Asian" style chef's knife

This is my first time trying Asian style blades so I started off with a name I trust at the lower end of the price spectrum. I was not disappointed. Works better than my standard blade chef's knife for cutting through something. I had previously purchased a Henckel's knife sharpener which can handle either kind of blade so I have been able to stay on top of care for the edge of the blade. I use the larger (longer) knife more often than the shorter knife.

These knives are comfortable, easy to use, and very affordable. The only change I'd make to give it a five is a bit more weight in the handle. I know they are intended to be light, but I find them just a touch too light. Definitely glad I bought them, though.

Great blades, they came sharp and have held a sharp enough edge. Additionally the stainless steel and plastic handles allow them to be dishwasher washable

I am so impressed with these knives. They are super sharp, lightweight, and yet feels like good quality. I really like the fact that there are two different sizes.
The one thing I think can be improved is the packaging - it was entirely made of plastic. I think Zwilling Henckels can do better. Pls start using decompostable or recyclable paper packaging.
