Henckels Asian Edge knives are great. Very sharp and stay sharp longer than other knives. Easy to sharpen. I can't live in my kitchen without them!

These knives are nice and sharp. but like some other people have said. They are fairly lightweight, I have many other older knives, that I can use, I appreciate a hefty blade, and these kinda disappoint . The handle is pretty slim, no offense, the ladies might be ok with it, but I like a firm grip when I’m using a blade that needs absolute control. But, for the price I paid, I am pretty happy.
