It is very sharp and feels great in the hands! Time will tell how well they hold up, but I think they will be used for a long time!

Light weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very light weight, I’m not sure how that would affect its cutting power. It went through whole carrot quite easily though. I need to try it on cheese, that will be telling.
