[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this knife 3 weeks ago and wow I have to say this cuts like butter. I mostly use it for meats and I’ve never seen any knife cut through food that smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Balance great, stays sharp, reduces effort in prep. Couple swipes with a steel and back to factory edge. Been using 8" Kaizen Chef for couple years...highly recommend.

I’m so happy with my purchase this knife is one the best in the market. Would definitely recommend its good for precious cuts. Great for veggies slicing and dicing. Love it.
