The soft cheese knife has the right amount of balance to get that perfect slice of cheese. With the holes sizes and positions the cheese slides right off ready for next slice. I enjoyed using the medium cheese knife. I would recommend this product

The quality is excellent and I am so happy I bought these I have never had a proper knife for cheese before and am so glad I bought these! They cut wonderfully and I could not be happier!
