Good chef knife

The chef knife is usually the workhorse of the kitchen. The 8" stamped blade is durable and great for any chopping, slicing or dicing. The wider blade allows plenty of knuckle clearance on the board. It should feel like an extension of your arm.

Good quality and easy sharpening knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've grown to hate bolstered knives due to difficulty properly sharpening and this knife has been pleasant in those regards this being the second one I've purchased. Will buy again as I need additional models.

Good quality blade for an unbelievable price. The shape of this blade is perfect for rocking and chopping lots of vegetables. The curved bolster allows for full use of the blade. Perfect for honing and sharpening. I also like to mince at the end of the blade!
Classic three rivet handle is comfortable to hold.
I would recommend this to a friend!
