The Henckels International line was developed using German engineering and technology adapted to a more value priced line. The Dynamic knife line is a great value and good quality. It has the durable three rivet handle similar to the knives made in Germany. Its fine edge blade is made from high quality steel that will hold its edge nicely, is light and flexible.
The chef knife is the one tool that can do 90% of your cutting. Perfect for chopping fruits and vegetables, and can slice through meats and cheese too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Zwilling does a great job of competing in the value cutlery market. The Henckels International knife lines are always a cut above the competition.This 8" Chef knife has a sharp edge, an ergonomic handle for ease of handling, is light weight and well balanced. Good knife for the value.

Great value on this 8" chef knife, which will be one of your most used knives in the kitchen, if it isn't already. This knife is lightweight, sharp and durable, with the added bounus of a comfortable handle for fatigue-free knifework.

Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third knife of this brand and style. I have used it heavily over the last few years and love it. The only issue I have with it is that as it ages, the black part of the handle will crack around the dowel holding the handle on. Pieces of the handle eventually fall off.
