Such a quality knife. The ergonomics of it are very nice. It is also made very well. I am impressed and can't wait for it to become one of my favorite kitchen utensils.

Although this 4 star 8in Chefs knife is for my own kitchen. I look forward to other purchases for I am a Chef. I love it's light weight feel. The handle fits comfortably in my hand. The blade itself is thick but is sharp and strong. Excited for more!!
