I wish I had got the Pro model for the curved bolster but otherwise very satisfied with the knife

I was expecting a bulkier feel but was pleasantly surprised by how light it was in my hand. Quick cuts are easy through just about any type of food including meats and root veggies. No sign of wear and tear yet, I expect it to stay sharp for a long time due to excellent craftsmanship.
