I have to admit that I was disappointed in the lack of sharpness of my knife. I guess I need to sharpen it but it should have come already sharpened. I do like that I got it for free.

I have tried numerous times to redeem for my free knife. I keep getting notices to redeem. But when I try it won't ever finish the procedure.
