Slices and dices with ease.

By far the best knife I own and has made dinner prep so much easier! Easy to hold and slices with zero effort. A study, well-made knife like this should be a kitchen staple.

I decided I was going to give this as a gift to one of my sons. The older one makes recipes and posts to Instagram and the younger one is a sous chef at a restaurant. I haven't yet given it to them so I don't know how well it performs. I therefore gave it a neutral review score.

This is the knife that I have been looking for. It cuts everything like a charm especially my Rhine fruits to perfection. I don't struggle any more to cut these fruits. I absolutely love my new knife. It also cuts any meat and veggies effortlessly. I love it!

I have worked in restaurants for over 30 years and I have used lots of different knives. None of those compare to this knife, beautifully crafted and is my new favorite knife.

Received this gorgeous knife yesterday and have used it for 3 meal preps already. Very sharp, easily slices through veggies, and cut up my chicken too. Quite easy to handle, and no slippage. Wish I’d had this a long time ago!
