This knife replaces its twin that I’ve had for 30 years. Although I took good care of the old one, nothing matches a brand new one. Balance, blade, it’s a pleasure to use. But it’s sharp, take care.

Obsessed with this knife 🔪✨ I’ve had it since February and use it nonstop, so it’s definitely lost a bit of that fresh-out-the-box sharpness. Probably time for a professional sharpening… because I do NOT trust myself to do that without ruining it 😂
