A chefs style knife wasn't my favorite but when I opened the box I though wow this knife is beautiful. When I picked it up the handle felt good in my hand and well balanced. I decided I would use it to prep my supper. I diced carrots onions potatoes chicken breasts and sharp oh yes. I now have a new favorite go to knife.
