[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is amazing. I have a set of other high-quality knives but since this one arrived it's the only one I reach for. 10/10 performance! My only wish would be that it came with a sheath included.

So smooth and precise. Usually I make my husband cut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first 4 star in 1981 and still have them today. Adding the 8" butchers knife rounded out the current holding of 6 knives with additional 3 paring knives and a cleaver. The knives were purchased when I was a prep cook prior to becoming a sous chef. I left the restaurant trade decades ago yet these knives are my go to/ my daily use knives for over 40 years. The new 8" will fill the cap and has already become eth first grabbed knife in the block. excellent long lasting edge, comfortable to grip and well balanced.
