Lightweight, effortless chopping

It's pretty sharp and very light! It cuts and chops veggies so effortlessly! It's a little big for my hand but my husband loves it! I use it too, it's just I feel like I have to be more careful! I like this one better than our previous Zwilling knife. Adding photos to compare.

This is a beautiful knife that fits perfectly in my hand and cuts wonderfully. I have used it for veggies - what it is made for, but also cheated and used it as a butcher knife - it is so sharp it will do just about anything.

I use this knife daily. Its become my go to knife. It stays sharp, is comfortable to use and ive found no flaws. Perfect utility knife.

Best knife in my kitchen

I have never owned a knife as good as this. It feels great in my hand and has cut through vegetables and anything I have used it on with ease. This is my first Zwilling Four Star knife, but I have already ordered a 3 inch paring knife and the 5 1/2 inch prep knife.
