Durable and comfortable knife

This is my favorite chef’s knife! I used to love using it at my parent’s when I’d go home to visit, but now I have one in my own kitchen! It’s very durable and comfortable to hold

Very well made and very sharp. Holds its edge well. My go to knife for most kitchen & cooking tasks. This knife would be a great addition to any home kitchen. You will not be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is very light, a little too light from what I am accustomed to. The edge dulled quickly but it did sharpen well.

There should be a bold large warning: WARNING! BLADE IS SUPER SHARP and you're not familiar with this new utensil, so proceed with caution and move slowwwwly... Sigh, I cut my finger as soon as I started to cut my onion for dinner! Now, I'm intimidated by it.
