[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how the knife feels in my hand. I was a bit disappointed that the shaft was not wood but being very environment minded, I appreciate that it is made from recycled materials. Time will tell if I like it as much as my Wuesthoff knife. I'm ordering a small version of the knife, the 6 inch. I think it is the one that I lost a couple of years ago. Hopeful but if not, it will be a nice addition.
