Obsessed with this knife 🔪✨ I’ve had it since February and use it nonstop, so it’s definitely lost a bit of that fresh-out-the-box sharpness. Probably time for a professional sharpening… because I do NOT trust myself to do that without ruining it 😂

This knife has changed the game for me. It is so easy to hold, and it has held up nicely with consistent use for 2+ months. It came already perfectly sharp, allowing me to jump right into experimenting with new techniques!
