High quality steel with a razor sharp edge. Feels really nice in my hand. Need to get some practice in as his is so much nicer than my last knife.

Super sharp. I own a set of twin signature knives by Zwilling and they are great. This one is feels even sharper and more durable, while being noticeably lighter

Absolutely beautiful knife with incredible cutting ability. Feels great in my hand and makes amazingly smooth cuts. It's incredibly balanced and feels very sturdy.
