The knife is great to handle. It's precision made and beautiful cuts between the meat and onions. The knife is quite sturdy and you don't need to sharp it quite often. 10/10 definitely worth every buck!

I've been through many knives, I keep sharpening them, they still don't cut 'sharp'. They dull quickly. I thought of giving the knife to a grandson who wants to be a chef. I used it and now he can get his own! I love it. It's the sharpest knife I've ever found.
