Single served cocotte!

Perfect for use in the oven, smooth enamel bottom works on all stovetop including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen or outdoors over a campfire.
This mini cocotte is excellent heat distribution and retention, perfect to single serve dish, ideal for making single servings of hearty soups or savory stews, desserts, bread, grains and decorative in your kitchen when not in used.
This cocotte's tight-fitting lid with a cool-touch stainless steel is interchangeable knob handle. Manufacturer's lifetime warranty for any manufacturer defects. Requires no seasoning and ready to use and dishwasher safe.

This smaller version of the large Staub pot I own, has all the same great features. The interior and exterior have a black matte enamel coat, it's not just raw cast iron. Browns well and washes easily. The underside of the lid has self basting spikes, which keeps your dish moist and full of flavor. Great for a small side or a hot appetizer.

Everything you would expect from a Staub cocotte. Innovative black matte interior which heats evenly and quickly. Perfect for smaller portions of soups and stews and side dishes. this is my go to size for rice and beans.

Use this little guy for individual servings, decoration or storage for spices. If baking, the cast iron is an excellent vessel to distribute heat evenly and perfectly cook and brown food.

Buying items with "visual defects" is risky. This time I have very bad luck. The defect is a dent in the edge of the pot and affects sealing function ( see attached image).
