Great glasses, but...

We've had this glassware for about a year and they're very stylish and have a place hosting parties and daily use duty. However even though they are exclusively hand washed I have the bottom (inner wall) completely shatter out when I poured some water into it, I am lucky I noticed otherwise I would've had a nasty surprise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These latte glasses also perfectly hold a cold 12-ounce beer! And because of the insulation you don’t need a coaster for icy beverages on a hot day. Also if that cold beverage happens to have a sugared rim, sticky water doesn’t run down the sides of the glass & all over your fingers! We love these glasses for hot and cold drinks!

My favorite regardless of its steadiness issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the 2 smaller size coffee glasses of the same double glass by Zwelling and I've felt in love with them. It's suitable for a drink/beverage of any type. So I desired to have more of them and I found these Latte sizes and they make me happy. I use it for literally everything from water and soft drinks to beer and coffee. BTW, wine or champagne looks very good in it. If you are not too much concerned about special shapes for different sorts of wine, you will appreciate these. The only concern is its steadiness. Not a total fail but take little more precautions to not crash it accidentally. DISHWASHER SAFE 100%

Love these, got my first 2 a few years back. They are a perfect size for whatever you favorite beverage it. And they are round enuff to take those popular extra large ice cubes. Hot or cold beverages, no sweating with cold drinks filled with ice. What's not to love?!
