Fine cutting knife

I cut celery, radishes, onions, mushrooms, chopped up lettuce for a salad. It was the best knife I have for these duties. I’m quite happy with the 6.5 inch gourmet knife. I’ll pat myself on the back for this purchase.

Where Have you Been all my Life?
