Good but try the shape first

Sharp and reliable, but the shape isn't my favorite for chopping fast.

Amazing how much sharper a Japanese knife is, or at least the perception is that it's sharper. And in this case, much more beautiful too. The nakiri is a new blade shape for me. It does an amazing job with fruits and vegetables.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The sweeping blade shape is great for chopping and dicing. Razor sharp blade made out of a tough FC61 steel.

Meet Nakiri

The nakiri is a smaller version of the Chinese cleaver, with a less broad blade. Combined with the symmetrical handle and well rounded heel at back of blade, this knife provides effortless chopping and cutting.

Beautifully crafted with attention to detail. Everything you would expect from a hand crafted Japanese blade.The blade has balance and is super sharp. the handle is comfortable and as stunning as the damascus blade.

This beautiful Nakiri will be a perfect addition to any cutlery collection. Chops, slices and dices ever type of vegetable and can be used to thinly slice meat as well.
