Wow! I love these little poached egg cups and was shocked by the high quality pan and lid! I have searched for a good quality egg poaching pan for decades, but they were all flimsy and didn't cook well. The eggs do stick a little, but a silicone spatula scoops them right out. You do need to use some sort of oil or fat. Well worth the investment!

After years of using less expensive pans and going through them rather frequently we decided to upgrade. Easy to use, clean best of all the eggs are more consistently cooked every time.
