Great sized pan. We use this pan multiple times a week. It's awesome for cooking rice, heating soup, reheating frozen sauce, etc. I really love that the pan is completely smooth on the inside from not being riveted. I hate cleaning and cooking around pan rivets.
I honestly I've never used the egg poacher piece that comes with it, but I would've bought the pan regardless if this accessory came with it. At this price point, especially when it goes on sale, this size a demeyere pan is, in my opinion, well worth it.

Been looking for this pan for a long time

I have searched all over for a poaching pan. I just received it and am very pleased with the quality of the product. It was difficult to register but when I finally entered the bar code numbers it was quickly found. I usually have a poached egg every day so it will be well used. Very tired of using expensive make shift poaching egg pan itself and balancing them in a pan of hot water.
Wouldn't mind the option of the egg pans being plain without the non-stick finish.
This pan has a special place in my kitchen. thanks for making it happen
