This poacher is so versatile, but poaching 4 eggs at one is ideal for breakfast. I also use the cups to make individual desserts. The pan can also be used for a saute pan. Cleans easily and like all the features.

Ideal pan to poach eggs with little mess and perfect results every time. But don't stop there; without the inserts, it's a great fry and saute' pan. The mini cups are great for individual cakes or brownies. Quality stainless steel construction heats evenly and cleans up nicely.

Perfect Poacher

My husband loves poached eggs but I have never been inclined to attempt poaching them. We recently picked up this little pan at the outlet, and I now use it almost every day. The eggs are cooked to perfection, they fall right out of the little cups onto the plate with no sticking, And clean up is a breeze. A very enjoyable purchase.

it works. The cups are a little small, a jumbo egg would probably spill over. An extra large one had just a few remnants of spill over.
