Don't think all your getting is an egg poacher with this set. You can use the pan as a skillet, the cups as bakers, although I use mine for ingredient set up, and even a steamer.
Its made from 18 /10 steel so nice quality.

Poaching eggs can be tricky and if you have done it just by dropping the egg in the water, you know how tricky it can be. I love this pan because it is not trickly and the cups are smooth so the poached egg just slides right out. Do yourself a favor and and make poaching eggs a breeze not a battle, get the egg poacher!!

One of THE coolest pieces of cookware from Demeyere! This egg poacher makes it incredibly easy to poach eggs. The thick layers of stainless steel construction provide even heating to boil water and quickly poach eggs. The little nonstick cups will easily release eggs and make clean up a breeze.

Fantastic for perfectly poaching eggs and works equally well for custards and other steamed appetizers. I make a crust -less quiche in these nonstick cups. Comes out perfect every time. Get creative with this pan set.

The nicest egg poacher set I've found. The saucepan heats up quickly. The handle is comfortable and the poaching cups realease eggs easily. Glass lid to check the progress.

Easily prepare poached eggs with this egg poacher set. Non-stick cups produce the perfect poached egg every time. Glass lid allows you to monitor progress. Removable insert permits you to use stainless steel pan as a small skillet.

Resto is a great line of cookware from Demeyere. Most of these pans are made for unique cooking needs. This pan is perfect for poaching eggs but can also be used to cook dumplings and desserts.
