Great knife for quick jobs. Made from high quality stainless steel the knife won't tarnish or rust. Its also crafted from one piece of steel so durable. Blade is sharp and will get through any vegetable, even the tough ones. On the other hand chops and slice herbs perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Henckel knife set! ❤️ My son had accidently lost this knife somehow and I contacted ZWILLING J.A. Henckels company to find a replacement. I could not find the right Santoko knife to replace it. The company stands by their product quality and it remains excellent! They had me send a picture of the knife set with a knife on the counter to match it. These knives were recommended by a chef. I am so happy!
