style knife 2x. I'd still be using the first knife if the handle didn't crumble and fall off. Wonderful knife and I would've given 5 stars if the handle was a bit more substantial

Perfect for slicing, chopping and mincing fruits and vegetables. This 5" blade is very light weight, yet durable. User friendly- easy to handle. This blade will be a go to for all your prep work.

An Explorer's knife!

This smaller Santoku is excellent for young cook exploring the world of cooking. It is not as daunting as the 8" chef. It is sharp and comfortable in the hand and a lightweight knife. Indention on the blade creates barrier between the food and the steel, preventing food from sticking. Handwashing this knife will prolong sharpness and durability.
