Perfect size to use when cooking for one or two. Comfortable handle, sharp edge, easy product release and fantastic price .. the only better option is getting the 2 piece Solution set for a few more dollars.

Best small Santuko knife ever

Finally found this Henkels 5.5" Santuko knife today and it is the greatest! Nice to have a sharp knife that can be used for most everything. Highly recommended. A+

All purpose, compact santoku knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little lightweight knife is so useful. I also own a full size santoku knife but this one is perfect when cooking with my kids. We chop side by side and they’re more comfortable with this 5.5” blade.

Big or small, this santoku knife should be used for chopping and mincing. The comfortable handle and sharp blade allows for easy breezy prep work, all at a great price.

Best Knife Ever Made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is my “go to” knife. Being a Southerner I’m always cooking for my family and friends. I use lot of onions, garlic, bell peppers, and celery. The knife makes chopping a happy experience!
