Use this small pans to cook a sunny side up for my breakfast. Perfect for 1 egg! I also use it to serve small appetizer such as nuts when there are guests in the house

Great way to serve smaller quantities, and still benefit from Staub's amazing properties. Can be used on top of the oven as well as inside. Perfect for serving hot dips, sauces, individual casseroles, deserts, cakes and pastry. If you enjoy entertaining you will find numerous ways to include these on your dinner table.

great serving dish

I love preparing individual sides in these dishes. The cast iron heats evenly and retains temperature for a long time. The enamel coating makes them easy to clean and no seasoning required. The matte interior gives great browning and easy release. I love to use it for individual portions of scalloped potatoes and berry crumbles.

Great for individual sides

I love pulling these out when I am having a dinner party so that all my guests get their own dishes. Because these are made out of cast iron, when I bake macaroni and cheese in them, the edges get nice and crunchy. The handles on these are great so that I can grab them really easily.

great small gratin

I love to make individual mac and cheese in these, you can mound to a peak and the breadcrumbs stay put! I also use it for a few other things but my newest is to put BBQ sauce in it, keep it on the grill to keep warm, and be able to baste the chicken without dropping the temp from cold sauce!

One of my favorite things to do is serve individual sides or desserts at dinner parties or even for my family. The best is a berry crumble or brownie with a scoop of ice cream on top served hot and crispy from the oven! I also enjoy these for appetizers...a small baked brie wheel is perfect in one of these. Staub matte black interior coating always cleans up easily.

Love these single-servers for so many small bites! You can serve potatoes and veggies,
pastas, mac & cheese, fruit cobblers and much more! These are fun to have on hand for company or use them to serve at picnics or b-b-qs.
