Simple Slicer

This long slender blade makes an easy task of carving and slicing large portions of roasted or grilled meats. A traditional three riveted handle and stamped blade resulting in a lighter weight knife.

Perfect knife to order when you need extra carving knives during the holidays!
I ordered two of these for that purpose. They are made with high quality steel so no rusting or tarnishing. The blade is flexible to get through any meat but durable - don't worry if you hit a bone either. Favorite think about the knife - dishwasher safe.
