Most cutlery block set do not come with a carving knife, some do, but most do not. So, you are going to need a carving knife for the percision slices on your holiday roasts, birds, and hams. The Solution carving knife is a great beginner knife and a great gift idea or stocking stuffer. Lightweight, and the three-rivet handle is super comfortable in your hand.
