This is a great blade for producing thin, uniform slices of meat or poultry.This is a light weight and sharp blade. I also like to use this blade for larger fruits and vegetables. Excellent for watermelon, honey dew and cantaloupe.Classic three rivet handle is comfortable to hold.

Lightweight, stamped blade. The long narrow blade is great for slicing meats, fruits and vegetables.

Good for roasts and poultry

Great for carving larger cuts of cooked meats, this 8-inch carving will surprise you. Maintained properly, it will keep an edge and last for years to come. This knife is lightweight without compromising blade sharpness.
The Solution line of knives is a good step up to quality stamped steel cutlery. The knives are made from high quality German steel that will not stain or rust or pit. They are made - from the tip of the blade to the heel of the handle - from a single piece of steel providing terrific stability.
Extremely good value.

High quality stainless steel and full tang so makes carving roasts, ham & turkeys slices thin, which is perfect for my family. Like the comfort of the handle and the way it is molded for comfort.
