Awesome food saving system!!

The new Fresh and Save system from Zwilling is fast becoming my favorite tool in my kitchen. The pump can either be purchased in a kit with bags and glass containers or alone along with the bag sets or containers. Light weight, compact and rechargeable this pump will change how you cook and purchase food. Keeps food fresh 5 times longer in the refrigerator and freezer. System comes with an app to help you track your sealed food with expiration dates and locations. An excellent addition to a home or professional kitchen.

I just got my Fresh & Save pump, bags, and containers today and I am already searching my kitchen for foods to seal. I am doing a lot of batch cooking right now, and I love how easy this is to use for food storage. I have a larger food storage bag system that I fear may never get used again. This is just so easy with the zip top bags that can be dishwashed. I will need to purchase more containers, but so far the bags are in high demand around here. 100% recommend.

A great set to have for reusing and keeping your foods fresh, whether it’s keeping fruits fresh to keep in the fridge or freezer, or to take snacks to work easily. With the airtight construction of the bags, these bags are great to have on hand for keeping smaller foods fresh longer with the use of the Zwilling Vacuum Pump.

Easy & quiet. The bags work well in all sizes, the glass containers are nice - though it would be nice to have a greater variety of sizes. I wish, too, that they made a silicone bag for cooking in, as I'm not keen on cooking in plastic. AND some lids that work on ball jars.

I purchased this because we prep a lot of food ahead of time. The bags can go in the freezer and then the dishwasher to clean. I even use the bags to store leftovers and they still taste so fresh days later. So happy I can order extra bags now.

Love the bags for sous vide cooking. Great way to cook an infure flavor at the same time. But the bags aren't just for sous vide. They are great to carry snacks for the kids - no leaking, no growing stale in the bottom of the road trip bag. Obviously good for preserving foods at home. Individual portions, make-ahead food, marinating quickly. Lots of uses once you get them home.
