Awesome sized pan

This is a really great sized saute pan from Demeyere. The thin walls keep it from getting too heave, but the disc bottom allows it to heat quickly and evenly. The silvinox finish, the stay cool handles and the rivetless interior make this a great pan no matter what size or shape!

Best designed saute pan

Due to the 7 layers of metal to make this pot to have very even cooking, this pan is heavy, but the designer of this pan thought of that and put the second handle onto the other side of the pan to be able to hold it. The handles are welded onto the pan, so that this pan is very easy to clean.

The stellar reviews aren't overblown, this is a seriously great saute pan. And it looks simply stunning on the range top. I purchased expensive copper cookware years ago; I wish I knew about Demeyere Atlantis products because they are better in all regards.

The 3 quart Sauté pan is outstanding. It's a great size, does a wonderful job and the quality of finish is excellent. Since there are no rivets on the inside of the pan it is extremely easy to clean. It is the high quality cookware that I've been looking for.
