This is a good 3 inch pairing knife for a good value. It is sharp and has a comfortable feel to it. Perfect for someone new to cooking!

Little knife that can do a lot

The handle on this knife is great! I love how it is more substantial than most paring knives so that I feel like I can get a good grip on it while I'm cutting. The blade is super sharp and easy to use.

One of my most used knives in the kitchen! I bake a lot so I am constantly peeling fruits for jams, tarts, tortes, pies, and breads. I love the 3 inch because it fits snuggly in my hand and I have a lot of control. Great knife at a great value.

Nice grip

This paring knife feels like an inexpensive version of the German knives my mom received when she got married. The grip on this knife is so comfortable, and the bolster gives me a heightened sense of safety. The edge stays sharp and is easy to maintain. Easy to maneuver when peeling fruits and vegetables and hulling strawberries.

A great small utility knife. The handle is super comfortable no matter how I hold it in my hand. The blade is super sharp and the forged construction gives me confidence int the quality of the materials.
