Upgraded the boyfriend to this Premio forged knife. He liked the curved handle and weight. Perfect blade profile for peeling and tackling all those small cutting tasks.

Love the balance you get from this 3" parer! The contour of the handle make the grip comfortable to hold in your hand. i like the classic three rivet style . It complements the knives in my collection.

Sometimes a 3" comes in handy when a 4" seems a little too much. I prefer the 3" paring for smaller jobs - peeling smaller fruits like kiwi and for garlic and ginger. Somehow, it feels lighter and better in my small hand for certain things. Great for all those outdoor activities, like picnics, concerts, camping.

This is a nice little value priced Paring Knife. It is very sharp and comfortable in your hand for all your paring jobs. A forged bolster feels stronger and is sturdy while cutting.

This 3" parer is such a great size for peeling small fruits or removing bad spots. German steel, fine edge blade is super sharp and will stay that way. Three rivet curved handle is very comfortable and durable.
