With Dutch Ovens, stainless steel is the way to go

It is a wonderful high capacity dutch oven that can hold a lot but because it's stainless steel is easily manageable, unlike cast iron dutch ovens. It also cleans up beautifully even after hours in the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is HEAVY! It's big enough to do a 2 gallon gumbo and I can throw it in the dishwasher when I'm finished. No more nonstick pots for me!
