Love the wood and black silicone combination! The spatula is the thin enough to flip eggs and pancakes while still being strong enough for a chop or chicken. Very heat resistant too. The wooden handle has beautiful wood grain and feels great in your hand.

Sturdy silicone slotted turner!

This Staub Serving Turner is excellent picking up and turning solid food, which makes it easier when cooking. Slotted turner will allow to drain liquid and oil upon picking up solid food, works really well for frying and sauteing tools. The turner is ideally suited for all Zwilling non-stick cookware such as CFX clad, Motion, Ballarini, Spirit and Alu Pro including ceramic coated. Can be use for stainless steel cookware as well as cast iron and a ceramic bakeware helper. This turner is slightly angled for comfort, a convenient and safe feature. This Staub turner is made from long-lasting black matte silicone and eco-friendly Acacia wood. Handwashing is highly recommended.

Great for straight sided skillets and sautes

This spatula-turner is terrific on a couple of levels. The silicone turner is both durable and heat resistant. It is sturdy enough to get under heavier things like a whole chicken breast or larger piece of meat. But the bonus is the shape. It's designed to have the best angle for scooping in a straight-sided pan. So I when I have larger pieces of meats, or my pan is filled with potatoes, I can get even the pieces close to the edge.
The acacia wood handle is beautiful and comfortable. I don't mind hand washing my tools so the dishwasher doesn't dry the wood out.

I have had several silicone turners and this one is the best quality yet. It’s not too soft and does a great job of flipping eggs or any thing you are cooking. I like the round wooden handle. Easy to hold with my arthritic hands.

The Staub utensils are really nice. The dark silicone and acacia wood are really unique. They look great and perform just as well. Safe with your favorite Staub piece or any other cookware.
