A great cast iron mini dish

This is the perfect cast iron dish for individual servings of casseroles, ratatouille, desserts or side dish recipes. I love the heritage look of the handles on this baking dish. With it being cast iron, it does a great job heating and being versatile where it can go from oven to table to fridge. A great individual dish to have for serving.

Single serving savory food!

This is my favorite color for mini, graphite and it comes with extended handle too!!! Staub cocotte comes in variety of colors, they are all beautiful.
I am excited to say, this is a single servings of hearty baking desserts, for variety savory dips, melting butter or browning minced garlic, cakes, bread, grains and decorative in your kitchen when not in used.

I love this serving piece to use for my "famous" crab dip. I serve it chilled so Cast iron i a great material to keep chilled in the fridge, it then keeps the food chilled when you serve it. I'm sure it would work great for hot dips too but It stays so busy right now, come winter I will try hot foods and I'm sure I'll be very pleased

I use this baking dish for individual servings of tamale pie. Its black matte finish on the inside of the pan allows for perfect browning. The heat capability is amazing and stays warm all the way through dinner. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F.

These are great for individual servings of dessert or side-dishes. I use mine constantly and love them. They heat up so well and maintain the heat which is great for getting those crispy edges on things. I take them right from the fridge/oven and straight to the table for serving.

Elevate the experience

You will find many uses for these mini gratins. Excellent when cooking for yourself, as I do often. Or get two to share with a friend or a partner. Side dishes, appetizers, desserts all can be made that much more special when serving them in these individual dishes. Elevate mac & cheese. Serve seared scallops with a butter saute. An easy mixed berry crumble is extra special when brought to the table in this gratin.
