[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Besides being a great looking knife, it handles extremely well. I love my Santoku knives, but this Nakiri is fantastic for chopping my vegetables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truly a perfect knife for versatility during a long day. Aside from fileting swordfish/salmon, I used this knife alone for five consecutive 13 hour days. The handle is larger than it appears. If you're 6'3" you'll probably enjoy it a lot, even if you have a pinch grip. Which brings me to my next point: the manor in which the blade and handle are integrated their isn't any grip I've used that has caused irritation or a callus. My callus is actually going away somewhat, which is strange. Good bye old friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is wonderful beyond words. It was pricey but I’m so glad I splurged. The balance is so comfortable and the handle is really ergometric. Just feels like an extension of my hand. The blade just cuts veggies like butter. Would highly recommend this product. Really worth the price.
