Great prep

A great starter prep knife, this Statement knife has a nice handle to provide maximum comfort while chopping and slicing food. A great alternative knife to using a Chef knife, it’s a smaller blade, but big enough for use on a cutting board to still get nice slices and cuts on fruits and veggies.

My son-in-law has been using your knives for years as he is a chef and actually bought this for a gift for me. I always thought CUTCO was wonderful but I love this product!

Over 100 years of Henckels stainless steel technology in a mid-size prep knife that has great knuckle clearance and a handle that stays in place in the palm.

Everyone should have a prep knife this size in their cutlery collection. This Statement version has a really nice handle allowing for a comfortable grip and the durable steel is sharp and will stay that way for a long time.
