I had this same knife that I purchased about 15 years ago. This current one has a smaller handle and a much lighter feel. Certainly not as good as my older one although I must say it is very sharp and cuts well.

Best slicing knife

what i wanted

I have been trying to find a good small serrated knife for a while.This one has the perfect length and feel. The German stainless steel is very sharp. I use this on my smaller baked goods, tomatoes and kiwisThe serration is great for anything with a tougher outside without crushing a softer interior. A great knife from a great brand without breaking the bank.

Perfect for Bagels and Tomatoes

This is a great knife to slice bagels and cut tomatoes and other fruits. Perfect size at 5" for these small tasks. Serration cuts through breads leaving little crumbs and cutting a neat, even slice. Fruits and tomatoes are slice and cubed without ripping the peels and skins. German steel, made in Spain, perfect for cutting anything with a hard exterior and a soft interior
