Awesome knife for tomatoes, bagels, french bread, peaches, anything with a tough crusts or skin. The serration goes through the exterior and into the soft interior.

More than tomatoes

Better knows as a tomato knife, this is so much more! I use it for lemons, limes, melons, eggplant, nearly all veggies and so many fruits! Endless uses on this one and even small (ciabatta) rolls.

One of our most frequently used knives (we now have two of them since they work for many tasks). They stay sharp and are very easy to handle, particularly for fruits and vegetables. Expect them to last for a very long time.
