Non-Stick Coating is Extremely Fragile.

I purchased this to replace my older Non-Stick pan so I could move forward from that type of coating and I wanted to give Ceramic coated non-stock a try. The pan so far has been great, however there is already a scratch in the coating. The only time I went near it with a metal tool was my whisk and it barely touched the pan, but somehow after there was a scratch. This is NOT Scratch resistant and is even more fragile than the standard Non-Stock coatings out there. I'll use it a little longer, but I would not recommend. Lastly, the bottom of the pan already stained from normal cooking use, I haven't put it in the oven or fried with it and somehow there is already discoloration from the coating wearing off from the Stainless Steel bottom. I will probably get rid of it and not use ANY of these fancy marketed Non-Stock pans that will just be a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
